Very cozy, nice small selection of cakes, also vegan etc. Small children's corner and the visit has always been pleasant, even with babies / toddlers. Very friendly :)

Excellent cakes and wonderful pastries. A modern café, a cosmopolitan atmosphere and a beautiful, young, fresh design. We were very impressed. The take-away service was also very courteous.

It was way better when it just opened. Now, it is overcrowded all the time and long waiting time to order and to finally get the order. The quality of coffee is really good (flatwhite). The variety of desserts is nice and tasty. The atmosphere is really cute and unusual for Germany.

I went to this Cafe on 31 October and then 2 November 2020 Germany lockdown for Covid 19. I wish I'd know this place faster. The breakfast here was so great.

Amazing polite service both English and German ????. They allowed my Yorkshire terrier and even brought out a water bowl for my thirsty little doggy. The sweets are so delicious. The somewhat "different" cafe, was only there for breakfast so far, they have very delicious cakes and the roasted breads in different varieties should also be tried. Always make a reservation, is often very well attended.

Great coffee and cake. Very pleasant mood in every season. What really annoys me is the fact that you have to reserve a table at the weekend to even have a chance to get a table. Therefore you should think about going somewhere else on the weekend. What the spontaneity takes. Hence a star deduction.

Great team, very nice atmosphere, sustainable food with that special something. Located in the middle of Kaiserslautern in a quiet, small side street. Not an insider tip for a long time.

Great little cafe to spend an hour or two. My wife and I sat down for a coffee and cake. The staff was friendly and fast, the atmosphere was lovely, and the drinks and cake were very tasty.

Nice place to meet in a cozy atmosphere. Unusual creations from breakfast and small snacks to main meals and cakes. The bottom line is that milk and eggs are sourced from a particular farm, because neither is richer in nutrients, nor is it necessarily healthier. In terms of price, absolutely within the framework.

My favorite café in KL! Very tasty cakes, also in gluten-free and vegan versions. Incredibly delicious breakfast in a very nice atmosphere. The courtyard is delightfully romantic and the toilets are modern and clean. More is not possible. I miss such cafes in Luxembourg City!

A piece of Heidelberg flair is hidden in the middle of Kaiserslautern. Homemade artisan food culture. Wonderful combination of flavors, vegan but not a must. Delicious variety of cakes, a dream ? The young team always seems to be looking for something special and demonstrate a sure hand and great taste ? Please keep it up!

Nice little place.

Simply the best café in and around Kaiserslautern. The staff is always extremely friendly and the atmosphere is positive. In addition, all cakes are world class. I have never regretted anything and always like to come to the café.

A still young café with great ideas and a bright, beautiful ambience. New things are always conjured up in the kitchen. You also know where the products come from! The crisis has been attacked aggressively. And can be supported for the coming uncertain weeks by buying vouchers.

Nice place and atmosphere. Staff is friendly but they could definitely work on their customer service skills. Pastries and Cakes are delicious. Can get very crowded and wait times are long.

Best pumpkin latte I've ever had! Such a perfect little shop! The vegan cinnamon rolls and pumpkin muffins are to die for! Can get busy, but that’s because it’s great! :D

Average service. You should order food when the server comes over. If you only order drinks when the server comes around, then you will need to grab them at the counter to order food. The carrot cake was meh; it had been obviously refrigerated too long. My friend said the German version of French toast was very good. It is a little walk from parking areas, tucked away in an alley. Very cute decor.

Wonderful little cafe. Everything is harmoniously coordinated with each other as far as the furniture is concerned. The food is delicious and everything is homemade and bought from farmers or from the weekly market and prepared with love and dedication. The staff is super friendly. Suitable for vegetarians, normal eaters and vegans. It is definitely a great recommendation and there is something for every taste. Value for money is great.

Very tasty vegan food and great cake. Service was really fast. It was slightly overcrowded which was a bit uncomfortable but I guess that's a good sign. It would have just been better if the tables were spaced out more as it was extremely tight.

Super cute cafe, the bread is delicious! My only complaint is that the waiter gave me incorrect change that I didn’t notice until it was too late :( It stinks to feel taken advantage of because you’re not German. If he needed the €5 that bad, I would have happily given it to him.

Cute, calm, and inviting atmosphere. Vegan amd some gluten free products! I love their chai tea latte, it's real chai and not full of super sweet syrups!

I think this is my favourite café in the world, yep, the world! GORGEOUS home-made food with excellent selection of choices, vegan & vegetarian options (even though I'm neither, I love the food!). Great drinks, atmosphere, excellent staff, very modern/clean/boho. I struggled to find a decent café in Germany, but this is the one! <3

For years, I've attempted to find a decent coffee place in Germany but to no avail. Thankfully, my search ended at Cafe Susann. The coffee is the best I've found in Germany and the food is amazing. A rare combo. Vegetarian & vegan friendly with plenty of options. They don't alienate meat eaters either, as they have portions of ham and other meats, which is nice. The atmosphere is super chill but it can get a little cramped in this small space depending on when you go. Worth the search.

After living here for 3 years, this is the best coffee I've found in Germany! I had resigned myself to the fact that all cafes in Germany used a push-button machine & that all coffee tasted exactly the same. I am happy to say I was wrong. Cafe Susann clearly cares about the quality of what they serve. The coffee has a delicate flavor & doesn't taste burnt like a lot out of otplaces. Oh, and did I mention that the food is outstanding?! Delicious, unique, and all handmade from local, sustainable ingredients! My only critique is that they need a bigger space.

Pretty busy but always worth it!

There are three seating areas, a few outside in the front, insde the cafe, and in the back another outside section but sorrounded by buildings. They have good food with a nice atmosphere. A child friendly area also means that it can get fairly loud insde. A great place for a nice meal, our waiter was extremely helpful and spoke enough english to answer a few questions we had on the menu. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.
